  • Abstract
EAP is one of the most effective prevention mechanisms to solve the staffs´ life and health problems in work, but also can effectively help managers to reduce employees´ turnover intention. We are engaged in the empirical study based on enterprise employees in this paper. The results show: (1) EAPs play a negative role on turnover intention; (2) work-family conflict plays a positive role on turnover intention, and plays a mediating role between employee assistance programs and turnover intention; (3) EAPs play a negative role on work-family conflict, in which perceived organizational support can also play a role of mediated-moderator. At the end of the paper we propose some advice about improving EAPs, supplying organizational support and balancing the relations of work and family.
