Research on strategies of improving the equalization level of basic public service in Hebei Province

This paper is a research project based on the status of Hebei Province in basic public services. An investigation was made on field survey and data calculation. This paper thoroughly analyzes the current situation of equalization in fiscal expenditure, education, medical and health fields. Besides, it analyses the existing problems of basic public service equalization in Hebei Province, and then puts forward the solving strategies, which provides a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for improving the equalization of basic public service level in Hebei Province.
