Empirical study on the differences of basic public services about Hengshui urban and rural areas

Firstly, this paper studies the present situation of basic public services of Hengshui city. From the comparative study in Hengshui urban and rural areas, it analyses the urban and rural differences of Hengshui basic public services in fiscal spending, education, health care, social security, and public facilities, etc. in Hengshui City. Finally, this paper finds the causes of differences, what to explore about Hengshui urban and rural areas and suggests several strategies.
