Abstract :
This study is to explore the impact of Vocational Delay of Gratification on Job Performance and Career Satisfaction under Organizational Climate by investigating 251 enterprise staffs. The result shows that the Vocational Delay of Gratification has positive impact both on Job Performance and Career Satisfaction. The Organizational Climate regulates positively when the Vocational Delay of Gratification influences the Job Performance. However, it regulates much less when the former influences the Career Satisfaction. This study aims at enriching the theory of Vocational Delay of Gratification and becomes the guidance for employees´ development.
