Abstract
Currently the creation and development of software are found at all levels of human activities, so that these applications meet the objective of the end user is required to meet quality criteria that ensure ease and effectiveness in experience use; these aspects can meet in what the authors conceptualized as usability. It is of interest to have methodologies for measuring the usability of mobile applications, because the methods that exist today were developed for desktop applications, not together aspects of this environment as: size screens, touch operation, voice navigation, portability, and space use, etc. So, this article focuses on considering the various aspects related to the measurement of usability analyzes the methods and metrics currently used in usability testing an application and then provide a mathematical approach for measuring usability of survey mobile apps.
