Abstract :
The growth of computer networks around the world, the emergence of multiple technology platforms using different operating systems and the interconnection among these, although this have favored the operational, business development and improved the productivity of organizations also represent the emergence new threats, many of which are becoming more sophisticated in Internet. Since then they have been emerging around the world many Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs). This paper presents an analysis of the actual state on the main aspects in establishing of the CSIRT´ Services. To achieve this, a systematic review was performed, and in order to extract relevant information in the official pages of CSIRT a tool was developed.
