Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to support the countermeasure technology in the system level by using the developed observation system. It can observe a discharge current waveform, a discharge voltage waveform and a radiated electromagnetic waveform to make comparison of ESD protection effect between protective elements on electric devices and ESD countermeasure materials by applying voltage with ESD gun.
