  • Abstract
    Modification effect of MoO3 for Ag anode of top-emitting organic light-emitting device has been established in many reports. Here we used MoO3 as modification layer to modify the energy level of Al anode. The results show that the injecting ability of Al anode is also enhanced by such modification method. The mechanism of modification effect of MoO3 is demonstrated by XPS analysis. We found that redox reaction occurs when MoO3 is deposited onto Al anode. The result is different from what we found when MoO3 is used as modification layers on top of Ag anode.
