Abstract :
In this paper, we design a service platform for dynamic provisioning of SEP compliant energy services. The designed platform is to lead energy market participation of 3rd party energy service providers who have solutions for integrated management of energy generation, consumption, and saving. The concept of open energy service gateway is introduced. The system architecture for dynamic provisioning of energy services is explained. Finally, the operations of each component defined in the designed system are described.
