Abstract
A 128 × 128 ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) image sensors using charge-coupled type ion image sensor with mixed layer technique of polyion complex were successfully fabricated to obtain 2D real time ATP image, and was carried out in a non-label manner. We obtained the diffusion image of ATP with the mixed layer method at the concentration as low as 100 μM. The sensitivity of the sensor was calculated to be 14.6 mV/decade. Using the fabricated 128×128 ATP image sensor with Apyrase polyion mixed layer, it could be applied to detection of the released ATP from neurons.
