Abstract :
We discover robust three-dimensional generalized Dirac points - linear four-fold point degeneracies - in a non-symmorphic photonic crystal realizable at near-infrared wavelengths. The surface states exhibit gapless line-nodes characterized by a Z2 topological invariant.
