Abstract :
We present a 12-channel wavelength-tunable single-mode laser array based on non-uniformly spaced slots. A quasi-continuous tuning range of >36 nm is obtained over 35 °C (from 10 °C-45 °C) temperature range with side mode suppression ratio >50 dB.
