Abstract :
We present the first sub-150-fs SESAM-modelocked vertical external-cavity surface-emitting laser (VECSEL) in the 100-mW average output power regime and the first sub-300-fs modelocked integrated external-cavity surface-emitting laser (MIXSEL) with 180 mW of average output power.
