Abstract :
We present a hybrid silicon and LiNbO3 racetrack modulator with spurious free dynamic range of 98.1 dB·Hz2/3 at 1 GHz, which is comparable to a packaged LiNbO3 Mach-Zehnder modulator biased at quadrature.
