Abstract :
We report a Kerr-lens mode-locked polycrystalline Cr2+:ZnS laser with shortest reported to-date 29 fs pulse duration (about three optical cycles), 440 mW output power at 2415 nm central wavelength and 100 MHz pulse repetition rate.
