Abstract :
The formalism for multistage cyclic systems diagnostic state evaluation is presented. It provides possibility of flexible diagnostic state evaluation which is dependent on system operating mode. It is based on fault-tolerant systems design formalism and the changes of diagnose membership functions due to the different values of external information function. Small overview of the whole formalism of fault-tolerant systems design is presented. State evaluation formalism is illustrated by the model of fault-tolerant vacuum deposition of composite coating system.
