Abstract :
Photoconductive antenna (PCA) was fabricated on the GaAs/Sapphire substrate. Terahertz (THz) emission properties were studied using time-domain spectroscopy. The results indicated more efficient THz radiation from this PCA when comparing with the identical PCA fabricated on low-temperature grown GaAs.
