Abstract
In this contribution, we investigate the synthesis of Σ- and Δ- patterns with a reconfigurable X-band transmitarray antenna for monopulse radar applications. The reconfigurable transmitarray is composed of 400 active linearly-polarized unit-cells with 1-bit (0°/180°) phase-shifting capability. The Σ- and Δ- patterns are demonstrated numerically in different planes and for different beam directions, showing promising performances in terms of gain, side-lobe level and null depth.
