Abstract :
This paper presents design of an integrated lens antenna aimed for beam-steering applications at the E-band. A 95-mm lens antenna is designed and fabricated in order to provide high and almost constant gain in an angular beam steering range up to 16° off from the bore-sight. The radiation pattern of the lens antenna is measured at 75 GHz with an open-ended WR-10 waveguide as the lens antenna feed. The beam steering capabilities are demonstrated by moving the feed antenna in the back surface of the lens. The measured gain for the beam in the boresight direction is 31.7 dBi and for the beam to the direction of 16.2° it is 28.5 dBi.
