Abstract :
This paper aims to provide an estimation of the probe phase center location impact in spherical Near-Field measurement systems. By using pattern results comparison the measurement uncertainty coming from the good knowledge of the probe phase center location will be quantified as function of the wavelengths and the measurement distances.
