Abstract :
This paper proposes a procedure for measuring the impedance of a RFID integrated circuit in function of the power and the frequency. This procedure is used to define the impedance value of the chip when the tag is designed to operate in different conditions from standard applications. An analysis of the tags performance is also presented for the case where the tag is adapted to input impedance defined during the measurements.
