Abstract
In a group shared workspace of Collaborative Working Environment (CWE), any users´ activities would produce a set of interactive traces. As a result, these activities involve different types of interactions and experiences from users. Based on our proposed definition of trace in CWE, this paper focuses on the users´ collective interactions and addresses to the issue related to Collective Trace. Necessary comparisons among various traces in CWE are made and carefully explained. Furthermore, in consideration of the importance of collective interactions for the performance of the whole group, a collective trace model is proposed and discussed in details.
