Abstract
This paper presents a composite element evaluation model of urban mountain road safety. First, create multi-level indicators of road safety, which are divided into the cost, benefit, fixed and interval. Second, build evaluation matrix of composite element for mountain city road traffic safety, use information entropy theory to describe uncertainty of portray Indices in order to calculate the composite element weighting coefficients determined. Then, the values of the composite relational entropy element for all plans are given, and find the best one. Finally, an example for mountain road safety is taken to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
