Abstract :
With the development of comprehensive transportation system, the competition among various harbors becomes more intense. The paper proposes the evaluation method of container harbor´s competition based on the discrete mutation - topsis matter element and establishes a model against the actual harbor´s presentation and gives a solution. By using this method to build the port competitiveness evaluation method which serves as reference for the objective a proper understanding and evaluation of port competitiveness, the port can find out the weak links and promote its improvement correspondingly.
