  • Abstract
    The waterway regulation in Jingzhou has been implemented since 2013, the south branch of the waterway in the Jingzhou Yangtze River Bridge was open as a temporary channel for engineering ships. Based on the utilization of the waterway, this work analyses the navigational efficiency improving measures by using the queuing theory. According to the dynamic calculating feature of the used theory, the necessary of temporary channel opening can then be proved.
