Abstract :
The paper describes a gossip protocol based architecture for detecting and resolving overvoltage or undervoltage problems of distribution lines applying Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) management in a decentralized manner. The proposed algorithm is based on the application of gossip protocols to estimate locally critical physical quantities. The paper focuses on the optimal selection of the weights in order to accelerate the convergence of the gossip algorithm.
