Abstract :
Ontology is by definition explicit and shared conceptualization of a domain, its life cycle is then marked by sequences of change operations in order to adapt changes in the renewal of the knowledge domain. Each operation leading to a state of inconsistency on a target component is therefore susceptible to change the status of other components and therefore the state of the ontology at the macroscopic level. We use cooperative game theory to build a probabilistic measure of inconsistencies and calculate the induced degree of disorder based on Shannon entropy. We propose a selection algorithm for inconsistencies resolution based on information gain or lost after each change operation.
