Abstract
In this paper, the design of a low profile patch antenna is proposed for Bluetooth applications. The proposed antenna resonates at 2.4 GHz with bandwidth of 120 MHz making it suitable for Bluetooth applications. The proposed antenna is designed on an FR4 substrate with an overall size of 110 mm × 158.5 mm. A parametric analysis is performed to understand the resonant behavior of the antenna by changing the radius of the circular slot of P shaped patch.
