Abstract :
Discrete wavelet transform plays an important role for signal and image analysis. DWT of a signal is an alternative to the existing time-frequency representations such as DFT and DCT at the cost of large number of complex computations. In this paper we present Haar integer wavelet transform that will map integer input data into the coefficients with integer numbers. To verify the results, first of all the algorithm is implemented in MATLAB R2012 and then it is simulated and synthesized for Artix-7(XC7A100T-1CSG324C) using VHDL.
