Abstract :
The accuracy of soft tissue deformation model greatly influences on the reality virtual surgery system. The paper proposed a soft tissue deformation modeling method which combined truth deformation data with least squares support vector machine (LSSVM), and established relation model between pressed force and deformation by pressed experiment data. Finally we used genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of Least Squares Support Vector Machine(LSSVM) to achieve the simulation of soft tissue deformation physical model. The simulation and analysis of multigroup identification results show the physical deformation model based on truth deformation data has higher stability and reality.
