  • Abstract
    In this paper, a system of three-dimensional hoisting simulation based on virtual reality technology for truck crane is proposed. It is focusing on difficult hoisting at the scene, complex hoisting operations and less success in the first time. Firstly, a development framework of MFC is used to enhance the interactive performance of the hoisting simulation system. With the help of underlying graphics libraries of OpenGL and Intra3D which improve the three-dimensional display effect, a visual scene of hoisting simulation is obtained. Then a hoisting simulation system with complete functions for truck crane is designed. Meanwhile, several key technologies such as collision detecting, deflection calculating and hoisting path planning, are applied to strengthen the performance of the hoisting plan. Finally, the effectiveness of the system is proved in the simulation.
