  • Abstract
    The replacement of old-new elements in city is always a constant law, and each educational circle pays more and more attention to it. And the rationality of protection, transformation and inheritance of construction, street in urban space is paid more and more attention by architects and planners, this paper explains the changing process of urban space with the concept of old-new regeneration, and analyzes the occurrence time of old-new regeneration with the case of London King´s Cross Railway Station, it is of great significance in grasping its occurrence law, making the relationship between old-new element in city tend to be more reasonable, and it is also very important to academic sectors of urban transformation, renewal and so on.
