Based on Analysis of the Situation about Transformation of Affordable Housing Supply System

Based on Analysis of the situation about Affordable housing system, as an important housing guarantee system in the urban housing system reform in China, plays a significant role in the process of urban housing construction. With the deepening of reform, affordable housing supply system presents the transition trend from property rights guarantee to leasing guarantee. This paper analyzes the problems of affordable housing system in the implementation process, and explores the underlying reasons. On the basis of comparative analysis between the two guarantee supply ways, facing the change of housing guarantee system rationally, this paper proposes differential affordable housing supply system and formulates affordable housing policy that suits for the regional actual development.
