Abstract :
Coal scraper conveyor is one of the mechanical transport equipments in coal mining industry, whose reliability is directly related to the coal safe production. Therefore the fault diagnosis of the working state is very important. In this paper, a novel fault diagnosis analysis strategy for coal scraper conveyor accident is proposed based on fuzzy set theory and fault tree method. The fault tree model of a scraper conveyor monitoring system is established to calculate the reliability of the scraper conveyor based on fuzzy set theory. The kinds of the fault are classified by fault tree analysis method to make the reliability analysis of quantitative. Theory analysis and simulation results verify the validity of this strategy for correcting classing fault type in the coal scraper conveyor monitoring system.
