Abstract
There are lots of traffic accidents on the freeway in Jilin Province, according to the characteristics, combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper analyzes 2010-2013 traffic accidents data of Chang Yu freeway in Jilin Province. Based on analyzing accident black spot using the Quality Control Method, 9 accident black spots in upward direction and 8 accident black spots in downward direction are identified, and the result is reasonable.
