Abstract :
The merit of this comment is the fact that the procedure to arrive at the expressions (18) and (19), introduced for the first time in [1], is indeed very simple and easy to explain. In my view, the main step is the choice of (10) and (11). This choice does have a lot of “pros.” It is not only the most intuitive one possible, on top it yields the correct energies in the limit for frequencies going to zero: the charge distribution is linked to the electric energy, and the current distribution to the magnetic energy.
