Abstract :
The authors of the above-named article [ibid., vol. 48, no. 5, pp. 1138-1150, May 2013] used a different variable, tB, for the bias tuning knob in equation (3) as compared to in the rest of the paper. Using the consistent variable, Vg, bias, for the bias tuning knob, the equation is revised.
