Abstract :
Sierra Nevada Corp´s rejection in Nasa´s competition to provide a crew delivery vehicle for the International Space Station has triggered a legal dispute and put work by winning contractors, Boeing and SpaceX, on hold. The US Government Accountability Office is expected to issue its ruling on the matter by January 2015.
