  • Abstract
    This concise paper presents a theoretical evaluation of energy packing of the Hadamard transform which is often used in signal processing. It is shown that energy contained in the lowest 1/2^{j} ( j : positive integer) of a signal\´s sequency spectrum can be explicitly evaluated in terms of covariances of the signal.
