Abstract :
The author presents a fourth-order delta-sigma modulator structure for switched-current implementation. By using 3.3 V switched-current and two-step switched-current memory cells that can be clocked at a frequency over 100 MHz, two modulators have been designed and implemented. Measurement results are also presented
