Abstract :
This paper discusses the detectability and asymptotic reconstructability of the state of two-dimensional (2-D) singular systems. The sufficient conditions of the detectability of 2-D singular systems are discussed and a constructive procedure for designing general asymptotic observers is provided. The sufficient conditions and an algorithm of designing a class of a full-order asymptotic observer are given. Meanwhile, the properties of the state feedback systems that contain observers are obtained. Two corresponding examples of designing observer are given
