Abstract :
This paper introduces a very high rate data acquisition device, which can always anticipate element development. Its principle is described. The block diagram, circuits of key parts and operating sequence are given. Calculation formula are derived. The A/D convertor of the data acquisition device can be started and the conversion results can be stored in memory only with one clock cycle
