Abstract :
An electrically tunable compact YBa2Cu3O7-δ coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonator at frequency 5 GHz has been fabricated and tested. The electrical tuning of the resonator has been performed by a flip-chip bonded SrTiO3 single crystal capacitor. The device shows frequency modulation of 2.693 MHz with unloaded Q-value 1869 at 35 K.
