Abstract :
A behavioural model based on a parallel-cascade nonlinear system is proposed to treat memory effects of power amplifiers (PAs). Extracted in a set of adjacent frequency subbands independently using digitally modulated signals, the model can describe the various characteristics of PAs over different frequency bands of operation in wideband systems. The model is validated by simulations and it achieves improved model accuracy compared with a conventional Wiener model
