Abstract
This paper discusses the problem of continuing education in general, and cites the Power Technology Course as an example which proved particularly effective in the power field. Course content is summarized. Experience in many aspects of organization and presentation of the Power Technology Course is also presented and will aid in the organization of similar courses. The paper also comments on the role of consulting organizations in application-related courses.
