  • Abstract
    The author replies to the comments by J. W. Bialek (see ibid., vol.18, no.3, p.1218, 2003) on the original paper by A. Fradi et al. (see ibid., vol.16, p.262-72, 2001). The author confirms that the proposed technique has been used to allocate losses to a fully deregulated system as well where there is no "native load".
