Abstract :
For the original article see ibid., vol. 30, no. 24, p. 3022-3 (1994). This comment relates to the authors afore-mentioned work which presented a voltage-mode filter employing three current-feedback amplifiers, two grounded capacitors and three floating resistors. Here they suggest discarding one each of the floating resistors and grounded capacitors from the proposed filter configuration to obtain a two-port network. The admittance-matrix equation characterising this network is given The authors contend that proves that this two-port network is a floating-inductor simulator with a grounded capacitor and three current-feedback amplifers. No component matching is required
