  • Abstract
    ESS exchanges provide the means of exact accurate measurements of telecommunication traffic. The results of these measurements prove the validity of certain theoretical propositions. Therefore, it is possible to base the short- and long-range planning of network growth, adjusted for time and place, on the conclusions obtained.
