Abstract
LPE was used to grow (YBiLa)3 (FeGa)5 O12 on NdGG(110) substrate and, substituting large amounts of Bi, to study resulting increases in ¿F and Ku and decreases in magnetic bubble diameters. A maximum Bi substitution of 1.26 content/formula unit was obtained. The contribution of Bi substitution in increasing Ku was verified, and values calculated for the mobility ¿w along the in-plane easy magnetization axis, from FMR measurements, ranged from 5 to 20 m/s-Oe.
