  • Abstract
A magnetoresistive (MR) sensor consisting of two pairs of multilayered (FeNi layers sandwiched between SiO2) MR elements was constructed, and the effects of the signal magnetic tilt angle, temperature, and input power on the sensor output were studied. Constant current driving was employed, taking advantage of a mutual bias effect, to obtain an output with small temperature dependence. The exact relation of output to input depended on the nature of the signal magnetic field.
